Course Description
In a world where knowledge is power, effective knowledge management is the ability to harness and use the power knowledge brings. However, organizations are complex systems made up of people, processes and procedures which complicates efforts to consolidate knowledge across an organization.

This will result in an increase in productivity and innovation whilst also reducing an organization’s expenditure.
